We had a perfect stay. The lounge bar was available on the premises. Room was very clean. Free bus was offered too. We would definitely visit it again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

We greatly enjoyed it, it was GOAT! Jen was a superior hotel for us. Hong Kong Island district was worth exploring. The front desk stuff was truly lovely. The magnificent view of the city.

The view of the mountain from the room. The hotel was in a living area. The staff was loyal and we have no reason to complain. Easy access to lo pan temple...

The hotel has a great location right next to a subway station. We had a great room with a view of the sea. The pool on the roof is also very nice.

Nearly perfect hotel for me. - Internet access good working, free of charge. Desk in the room, good lightening. - Standard room is rather small but appropriate and accommodate furnished. - Efficient shuttle bus from the Hotel. - Super breakfast-buffet. - ... place of location – quiet
I felt fine except: My room in the non-smoking-floor is not acceptable for non smoking people. The room has more pollution and smoke and stink than each oder smoking compartment. Bad working venting system. The wellcome-assistenet ignored shrugging my objection „It semlls smoky“, when I entered in the room. Unreasonable for non smoking people. What a pity for the well-tended Hotel Jen.

The rooms are pretty spacious (by HK's standards)! And the location is good in that at least it's on hk island and near to the tram (which can then bring you to most parts of downtown for a mere hkd2.3)! The room is clean and bed is very comfortable too. All in all, I'm highly satisfied with the hotel!

Good value, poor location. Hotel Jen provides what you'd expect for it's price range. I felt it to be a good value. The main caveat: the distance from the nearest subway station, Shang Heun. there are three ways to get to the subway: hotel shuttle bus (infrequent and stops at 8pm), taxi, or bus (line 10 and many other lines. One block north of the hotel). Taking the double decker bus or a tram was so easy. I'm surprised the hotel doesn't encourage more people to try it.

Convenience. Quietness. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The staff in the Traders Lounge were very competent and friendly, especially a woman called Cherry.
Food in Traders Lounge in the evening was ordinary. The sandwiches were awful! As one of our party could not use the escalator it was a nuiscance having to find staff to allow us to use the lift.

Was expecting typical Traders quality at the Hong Kong hotel but did not find it. The location was ok but best was the shuttle service provided by the hk hotel this was good.
Breakfast was terrible, unlike our experience in kl and Singspore the hk hotel was terrible selection, service quality was poor we had to beg for another cup of coffee and they took their time bringing it. Room was minimalist and extremely small, most Traders have decent furnishings HK hotel was terrible! Would not recommend HK hotel to anyone, I would recommend KL and Singapore!
